Breakfast options weren't well-stocked or clearly labeled, leading to confusion and disappointment when favorites like croissants were gone by 8:30 AM. Additionally, the swimming pool had a troubling incident that raised concerns about health and cleanliness, and young unsupervised children roaming throughout created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The layout of the hotel wasn't very conducive to a restful stay, as excessive noise and chaos persisted late into the night.

The Deluxe Queen Room was comfy and clean, which is a plus. Bed felt great after a long day of travel. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. The hotel location was okay, but if you're looking for a quick ride to events, it might not be the best choice. Just a heads up, some parts of the hotel feel a bit outdated. Overall, not a bad spot for the price!

Our stay in a Deluxe Queen Room wasn't without issues, like the elevator being out of order. Staff offered no assistance with luggage. The unexpected late call disrupted our sleep, but the room's spacious layout made it enjoyable. A cash option for payments would enhance the experience for future guests.
